Life Transformation Happened!!!

It’s been awhile, and I’ve missed you, I’ve missed telling you all about the great things that have occurred in my life over the past few weeks. So here I am to tell you that my life has been transformed! I went to the Every Nation School Of Empowerment which is a wonderful three week course that teaches you and equips you to be aware of and use all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It is very much biblically based and we focused on all of the gifts mentioned in both Ephesians 4 and 1 Corinthians 12! I highly recommend this class to anyone who has ever wanted more of the Holy Spirit or wanted to know more about what the Bible says on the gifts and offices of the Spirit!

While there I learned so much concerning the gifts of the Spirit things that I read and then later put into action during different activation sessions. We went out to local North Carolina universities and ministered to people there. I met some wonderful like-minded brothers and sisters in Christ from all over the world and I know that we will always stay in touch. Towards the end of our time there we were taken through a smaller ministry time to get rid of some of our ungodly beliefs and to replace them with Godly ones. It was truly incredible! The method they used was a combination of things they came up with as well as some of the methods that the program Restoring the Foundations uses! Talk about life changing!

I arrived at the school so bound up and afraid but I left free and full of faith, and overwhelming joy! I know a bit more of what God has for me and I am ready to stop hiding and walk in the boldness and the confidence that God has placed inside of me! There are things I am meant to do and I am ready to go and do them! I am ready to go out into all nations and preach the gospel and tell everyone that I come in contact with about Jesus… I am ready to put into action all the great and wonderfully biblical things I learned while at the school into action! My life has been transformed and I want to share it with everyone!! God is good and His Love IS real and I want to tell you all about it!

Facebook Fast

So I don’t know if those who follow me on Facebook have realized or not that I haven’t been on in a while… it’s because I realized that I needed to take a break because I was on it all the time! Especially when I was mad and didn’t want to listen to what was being said… it had definitely become a coping mechanism and probably not the best way to communicate. I thought I would be okay with it but I quickly realized how much 1) I used it to communicate with just about everyone concerning just about everything and 2) that if I used it as a communication tool and didn’t abuse it I could be on Facebook now…

I have no idea how many notifications I have or how many events I missed… All I know is that I need to find a balance between the two. I have enjoyed my extra time that I have had with Jesus and the revelations that have come from reading the Bible and having devotional time and I hope that I will be a bit smarter when I start getting back on Facebook but if not I know that Jesus will not hesitate to convict me and I’ll find myself once again fasting Facebook in hopes of checking my priorities!
