Chew On This: Ephesians 3:20

I’ve heard this scripture many times and already can paraphrase it pretty well but yesterday it was introduced to me in a whole new eye-opening way… The speaker said Ephesians 3:20 was bad grammar but good theology! It says this:

Now to him who is able to do FAR MORE ABUNDANTLY than all that we ask or think (or imagine) according to the power at work within us.

Bad grammar but good theology indeed!! God is abundantly far more able to do much much more… Just how BIG is your imagination?

Take a moment and think about all the dreams you have, yes even that secret one that only God knows because you’ve never told anyone else… Yes even that one that you think is too unrealistic… You got it yet?? Go ahead I’ll wait…

Now realize that the God we serve is FAR MORE ABUNDANTLY able to do that very thing and if you keep your focus on Him your dreams will come out way better (abundantly far more) than you ever imagined because His Love IS real and He wants you to know that you can depend on Him. I hope this encourages you! Be Blessed.

Outfit Of The Day

So I have been trying to find bright colored jeans at a good price for a while!! I finally found them at wet seal (they were on sale buy one get one for a penny, I got two pairs for under $20)!!!

Today I decided to pair my new hot pink skinny jeans with a cute light purple flowered detailed tank (from old navy) I tied my pink and purple scarf in my hair and put it with my favorite boots (from nine west)!! I’m loving my look today especially since its a wet and rainy day here in Miami… What did you wear today?

Free Goodies!!

So I had the awesome privilege to participate in sampling a box of goodies from Influenster thanks to my fellow blogger bargindiva for bringing this wonderful site to my attention!

Influenster is a wonderful way to try out goodies that you may have seen but don’t want to pay the money for or can’t afford to splurge on. And it’s absolutely free!! That’s the absolute best part about it!!

You really don’t have to pay anything to try it! All you do is go to the website fill out a few short (for real short) surveys and wait for a campaign that fits your answers! I signed up and was notified about a box within like 2 weeks! So you don’t have to wait forever!!

In all I got a total of five wonderful items completely free. They included sun block, nail polish, feminine hygiene products, a breakfast bar, and hand cream. I will give more detailed reviews later…(I’m currently writing this from my phone due to internet issues) but wanted you all to know about the great goodies!!

***Disclaimer: all of these products were complimentary to me and I was not paid to give my opinions on anything.***

Chew On This: John 14:1

This verse first came to me during vacation bible school late last month… I’m sure I’ve read it before then but it really spoke to me… And it hasn’t really left my thoughts (which considering how I’m feeling lately I’m kind of glad it didn’t leave my mind).

John 14:1 says this,

Let not your hearts be troubled. Trust (believe) in God.

I’m currently going through a lot right now but this has kept me holding on when I’ve wanted to let go!! I hope this lifts you up and keeps you strong through your struggles. Many Blessings!
